RMS Insurance Brokerage chose XDimensional’s “Nexsure Policy Admin+ Edition Insurance Processing Platform” in order to automate their RMS Hospitality Package Program. The new solution automates their entire workflow process, from submission appetite, to client submission clearing, to rating-quoting-underwriting, accepting payments, binding and issuance, servicing, retention, and management. Program access is made available to RMS’ insurance chain partners through the Nexsure web portal, customized for RMS Insurance Brokerage by XDimensional.
The focus of the case study is on RMS Insurance Brokerage’s business challenges that lead them to this change, the elements of the new Nexsure Policy Admin+ solution, and the benefits gained by RMS Insurance Brokerage in making this change (both in efficiency increases, and in RMS’ perception in the eyes of its industry partners).
