- XDimensional Technologies Inc., the provider of
Nexsure®, the Internet insurance agency management
solution, announced today that it has introduced Units
at Risk - a new data and display feature in Nexsure 2.1
that accelerates workflows and boosts servicing
productivity.
Nexsure’s Units at Risk is a new model for data entry,
display, and data associations that facilitates the
management of keeping data elements synchronized between
the Client Record and the many applications, forms, and
policies in which that data may be used. Units at Risk
categories include items such as People, Locations, and
Vehicles, found across the most commonly used forms, as
well as some of those less trafficked.
Warren Long, Vice President of Marketing and
Communication for XDimensional Technologies comments,

continues to increase, small tasks done over and over
can end up costing time. Likewise, an elimination of
even a small workflow step, over volume, pays off

Mr. Long continues, “Take the case where you have a
package policy application consisting of Commercial
Auto, Commercial Property, General Liability, and the
Base 125 form. Each of these forms will pull data from
their respective Units at Risk, keeping the form data
synchronized, reducing redundant entry and ensuring
accuracy. Further, when an endorsement or other change
is being made, Nexsure checks to see if there’s been any
change in the Units at Risk, will notify you of the
status, and allows you to promulgate the change as you
direct.”
At the Client Level, servicing agents benefit from an
expanded and key set of Units at Risk summary
information needed to speed service calls or
correspondence with clients, carriers, or third parties.
Updating, adding, and deleting capabilities have been
made even easier than before. Units at Risk is another
