Brea, CA., March 12,
2010 - XDimensional Technologies Inc., the
provider of Nexsure®, the Internet insurance agency
management solution, announced today that the recent
Annual Nexsure User Group Meeting exceeded expectations
in delivering value to its membership as rated by its
membership. The meeting was held in Brea, California
March 10-12. The Nexsure User Group is an independent
organization from XDimensional Technologies, dedicated
to professional advancement, education, and insurance
automation practices.
“With the recent release of the ground breaking Nexsure
v2.0, combined with prior meeting feedback to extend and
deepen our extraordinarily valuable Round Table
Discussions, the Nexsure User Group Board of Directors
crafted a highly focused meeting centered specifically
on those two themes,” states Ted Joyce, Nexsure User
Group President.
“The Round Table Sessions are always one of my
favorites,” states Gwen Biehler of Roach, Howard, Smith
and Barton. “The format allows us to pick and choose
topic tables and then share our individual agency’s
approach to these topics. In a session titled
‘Submission Tracking’, we discussed multiple approaches
and the cost/benefits associated with each. One agency
reviewed a very effective naming convention that made
quick work of their searches. Other discussions surfaced
several take home ideas that we can apply now.”
“Training sessions are presented by both User Group
Members and XDimensional Technologies’ staff,” states
Jay Byrnes, User Group Director. From the XD
presentations, we’re learning the in’s and out’s of the
product, and often find out about features already in
Nexsure we either missed or haven’t made a practice of
using yet. One example is right clicks from actions and
marketing records that speed workflows to other
processes. There is so much within Nexsure, and I am
always nicely surprised to find something new. From the
Users Sessions we’re learning how other agencies use
Nexsure to do their business. Here again, there is
always something revealing. I’m personally bringing back
several suggestions that will assist in our operations.”
